Colton Cubicle Curtain

Part 1-General

1.1    Summary
This section includes cubicle Curtains as Manufactured by Colton, Inc..

1.2     Submittals
A.   Product Data: Manufacturer’s descriptive literature shall be submitted, with an attached fabric sample.

B.   Number of panels of curtain and sizes of each panel, including size of mesh to be attached to top of curtain.

1.3     Warranty
A.   Manufacturer shall provide that all panels of curtain are free of defects for a limited one year warranty. This warranty does not apply to wear resulting from abnormal wear and tear or any damage loss caused by accidents; alterations; misuse, abuse or extraordinary use; improper installation; cleaning or other maintenance or acts of God.

B.   Warranties do not cover fading of fabric, or dye lot differences in fabric.

Part 2-Product

2.1     Supplier

2.2     Fabric:
A.   Fabric pattern shall be ____________, Color _______________

B.   Fabric shall be 100% Trevira polyester inherently flame retardant and washable. It shall pass NFPA 701.

C.   Widths of fabric shall be 72” minimum width, and shall be railroaded as to not have seams. (Where ceiling height allows)

D.   A 1” double hem on bottom and each side with weight in each corner. Curtain shall be sewn with straight locking stitch at hem line and on edge of hem.

E.   Mesh attached to top shall be 20”, 22”, 28”, or 36” as needed to adjust to ceiling height.

F.   Mesh shall be EZE-Mesh with ½” open and integral woven band on top for grommet placement and bottom for secure attachment of fabric, as manufactured by Impro Corporation P.O. box 406, Muskego, WI 53150  (800)222-5556

2.3     Fullness
A.   Curtain panels shall be the smaller amount of  30” wider  or 30% wider than the track length upon which it hangs.

B.   Grommets should be 8” apart to hang on carriers that are 2 to the foot.

Part 1-General
1.1     Summary
This section includes manual cubicle hardware as supplied by Colton, Inc..

1.2     Submittals
A.   Product Data: Manufacturer’s descriptive literature shall be submitted, indicating material, and finish for each area where treatment is specified.

B.   Track layout shall be submitted in reflected ceiling format indicating sizes of each run and location of bends.

1.3     Warranty
A.   Manufacturer shall provide that all system components are free of defects for a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty does not apply to wear resulting from
abnormal wear and tear or any damage loss caused by accidents; alterations;  misuse, abuse or extraordinary use; improper installation; cleaning or other maintenance
acts of God.

B.   Warranties shall cease to be in effect if product has been moved from its original place of installation or if installed by non qualified installers.

C.  Warranties do not cover removal, installation, and replacement of shipping costs.

Part 2-Product
2.1     Supplier

2.2     Track
A.   Heavy duty hand drawn track system.

B.   Bendable to a 90 degree or less to an 8” radius.

C.   Can be used for standard pinch pleat drapery systems, ripplefold, accordiafold, as well as cubicle applications.

D.   Maximum fabric weight 6 lbs. per foot

E. Shall be chromatic powder coated with factory applied patented dry lubricant.
           
F. Shall have exterior dimensions of ¾” width by ¾”: height.

2.3     Accessories:
A.   System shall include the approximately 2 carriers count per foot.

B.  Carriers shall be the standard #SKS-52107 ball bearing carrier with stainless steel hook.

C. Ceiling brackets shall be no further apart than 48”.

D. Brackets shall be #SKS-3003-25 Ceiling Bracket smart click

E.  End stop shall be #SKS-52301-25 End Cap
